While you can get the Aspera Jazz 2 smartphone for just AU$99, you might be looking for a phone with better specifications and features for your daily driver.
And that is the reason why Aspera Mobile launches the Aspera GEM, still a budget-friendly phone but has more power and goodies to be used as your primary phone.
The new phone is running Android 9 Pie, and equipped with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of ROM and a quad-core Mediatek processor. It also has an 8MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, and even a fingerprint sensor and face recognition to unlock the phone.
It has a 5.5″ display with 1440 x 720 pixel HD+ resolution with dual-4G SIM card functionality. The dual-sim is very useful if you usually have to carry 2 phones at the same time (for personal and work related, for example).
Aspera Mobile GEM smartphone is available now for AU$149 at BigW, Retravision, Leading Edge and BNE Express.
We have also requested a review unit so stay tuned for the full review at Craving Tech soon.
