Logitech G Unveils the Next-Gen Pro Mouse and Keyboard

Logitech G has just raised another bar for competitive gaming gears. At their recent Logi PLAY event in Sydney, Australia, the company unveiled two groundbreaking additions to their PRO Series lineup: the PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 DEX Gaming Mouse and the PRO X TKL RAPID Gaming Keyboard.

Developed in collaboration with hundreds of esports professionals over the past three years, these new offerings are set to redefine precision and responsiveness in competitive gaming.

The PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 DEX

The star of the show is undoubtedly the PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 DEX Gaming Mouse. This asymmetrical, right-handed marvel has been meticulously crafted with input from professional gamers, particularly those in the Counter-Strike and Valorant scenes. It’s basically the PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 Gaming Mouse (check my review on the mouse + gameplay video with the mouse), but fully redesigned for right-handed gamers + upgraded performance.

Key features of the DEX include:

  • LIGHTSPEED Wireless Technology: Now supporting 8KHz polling for lightning-fast responsiveness.
  • HERO 2 Sensor: A re-engineered powerhouse capable of tracking speeds over 888 inches per second.
  • LIGHTFORCE Switches: A hybrid design combining optical sensing with mechanical feedback.
  • Sustainability: Manufactured with up to 55% post-consumer recycled ABS plastic.

PRO X TKL RAPID

Not to be outdone, the PRO X TKL RAPID Gaming Keyboard introduces Logitech G’s first foray into magnetic analog keyboards. This innovative design allows for adjustable actuation points and rapid trigger functionality, giving pros unprecedented control over their inputs.

Standout features include:

  • Magnetic Analog Switches: Custom-designed for industry-leading response linearity.
  • Key Priority: A G HUB feature for enhanced movement precision.
  • On-the-Fly Configuration: Allows quick setup without software installation, ideal for tournament play.
  • G HUB Integration: Offers detailed control and access to pro player settings.

Both the PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 DEX and the PRO X TKL RAPID are available in pink, black, and white colourways. The mouse is priced at A$299.95, while the keyboard comes in at A$329.95.
