I’m quite confident that by the end of this month (November), I will break my 100,000 visitors a month record as I’ve been getting good amount of traffic from search engines for the past week. Although, seems that the $1,000 income per month record may have to wait :)
I was trying a CPM ad (from ValueClickMedia.com) for a couple of days this month but it did not seem to give a good result. Even though I have around 3,000-3,500 unique visitors a day, not all of them are coming from the U.S. Thus, I only got less than $1 a day with a 300×250 CPM ad above the fold. As a result, I took it off from this blog as I don’t want to upset you further with more ads that don’t give a good ROI (Return of Investment).
Not sure whether you notice a speed improvement on the page load, because I tried activating CloudFlare.com on this blog about a week ago (as part of HostGator’s partnership with CloudFare). If you do notice it, please let me know :) I’ll make a post about CloudFlare.com soon as they have a nice statistics report which I’d like to share to you all here.
It’s also great to know that many vendors have started to sponsor cool giveaways on this blog (so far we’ve had the Alien Anthology Blu-Ray packs, BitDefender Security 2009 licenses, and more to come!).
As always, please stay subscribed to this blog (RSS feed/email) or be a fan at Facebook. It’d certainly help this blog to grow and motivate me even more to nourish it :)
