OPPO has officially launched its latest tablet, the OPPO Pad 2, in the Australian market. Setting a new standard for flagship tablets globally, the OPPO Pad 2 features several groundbreaking features, including an industry-first 7:5 aspect ratio display, a powerful Dimensity 9000 platform, and an enhanced operating and interaction experience.
One of the standout features of the OPPO Pad 2 is its innovative 7:5 aspect ratio display, which offers a familiar reading experience similar to that of office tools like PCs, A4 paper, and books. This unique display format provides users with a comfortable and enjoyable viewing experience. Compared to conventional 16:10 Android tablets, the OPPO Pad 2 offers nearly 10% more viewing area, thanks to its expanded screen size.
The tablet sports an 11.61-inch screen with a high resolution of 2800×2000, ensuring ultra-clarity and detailed image quality. The display also supports a 144Hz ultra-high refresh rate with five levels of adaptive refresh rate adjustment, delivering smoother visuals with improved power efficiency for various usage scenarios. Moreover, the screen supports a wide range of 1.07 billion colours, resulting in more vibrant and lifelike visuals. Additionally, the display is certified by TÜV Rheinland to meet the Low Blue Light (Hardware Solution) standard, offering eye protection during extended viewing sessions.
To enhance the entertainment experience, the OPPO Pad 2 is equipped with four symmetrical-placed speakers featuring 8.0cc sound cavities. Alongside support for Dolby Vision HDR and Dolby Atmos®, these speakers deliver an immersive audiovisual experience, akin to a theater-like setting.
Under the hood, the OPPO Pad 2 boasts top-tier hardware, powered by the flagship MediaTek Dimensity 9000 platform. Built on advanced 4nm process technology, this platform features an ultra-core running at up to 3.05GHz, LPDDR5 high-speed memory, and UFS3.1 flash memory.
The OPPO Pad 2 packs a large 9510mAh battery that can last up to 12.4 hours of continuous video playback on a single charge. Additionally, the tablet supports 67W SUPERVOOC flash charge which can recharge the battery to 100% in just 81 minutes, allowing users to enjoy their tablet without worrying about battery life.
The OPPO Pad 2 has a slim and lightweight design, measuring just 6.54mm thick and weighing 552g. This makes it incredibly portable and suitable for various situations.
